Your
satisfaction means a lot to Tax Matters. Before your return is
filed, we make sure you're completely satisfied with your
experience. If you're not satisfied, you are not obligated to
accept and pay for the preparation of your tax return.
However, you'll still need to file your return elsewhere by April 15th (or the extension due date) and Tax Matters is under no obligation to give you the return for your use or filing.
If
a Tax Matters preparer makes an error while providing tax
preparation services to a client, the company will reimburse the
customer for any penalty or interest incurred as a result of the
error. In addition, a representative from Tax
Matters will appear, at no charge, with the customer at
an audit to explain how the return was prepared. This is one
more way our customers get guaranteed satisfaction with our
services.
